Maggini Violin with Mother of Pearl Inlay (sold)

The label reads “Gio Paolo Maggini in Brescia 16??”.  It has single purfling with decorative edgework on top and back, and excellent tone.

This violin comes with two bows that have been recently rehaired and play nicely, as well as the original hard-shell case with liner.

Set up with new bridge, soundpost, ebony pegs, Wittner tailpiece, and Helicore strings. String selection is also available.
